Twas a glorious morning and a couple of today’s riders were belting out “Oh What a Beautiful Morning” as we were taking in the flowers, smells, and stimulating sunshine.   Water Ave. Coffee did a great job in its rehab of a light industrial space on the Central Eastside.   Though not large, the layout with an elbow for customers around the counter and roasting area, doesn’t feel cramped.  The bright surroundings, space’s layout and dimensions for prep vs. seating, and good vibe, makes it conducive to good discussions.   1028 SE Water Ave.
