Three of our stalwarts, not to be denied when their original Sellwood destination was closed, opt for Blue Kangaroo, one of our favorites.   It seems to we NE residents that the Kangaroo accurately captures the independent and homey feel of Sellwood.   Today it was not only an exhilarating ride to Sellwood via the Esplanade, but the trip gave us an opportunity to check out the new bridge and return on the west side.   7901 SE 13th.   http://bluekangaroocoffee.com/
